We treat San Francisco's exciting and unconventional culture by focusing on providing beers that exhibit the city's way of life. Brewing has existed within the Leavy family for years. It began back in 1923 with our grandfather, Miguel Gonzalez, who created the first commercial brewery in Mexicali, California, the Mexicali Brewery.
