Ali Roth has been the sole proprietor of Blue Willow Tea since 2012. Served out of a single Michigan location, this tea warehouse is dedicated to providing in-season, single-variety residential-only tea and at the forefront of the social and ecological changes in the industry. With a desire to grow personal relationships, Ali goes to farms to observe the processing of tea, as well as the whole process of growing it. The health of the entire ecosystem is integral to the health and quality of the tea.The talent it takes to create tea is what's intriguing to me about Blue Willow. It's for that very reason that my vision is to regularly help people see the intricacies of tea.
