Boochman Kombucha was founded by friends in early 2018 in Berkeley, CA. Our journey began with a dream of making the highest quality kombucha in the Bay Area. We combine culinary practices with traditional brewing techniques to create the most effective kombucha possible. Our secret is our brewing technique. We utilize five-gallon glass jars in our fermentation and brewing process. This helps give us more attention to detail for each batch and obviates the possibility of the brew becoming imperfect or losing vitality. All of those reasons serve to leave us with a kombucha that's full of life and that lasts indefinitely. We sell only the best kombucha for the best price.
This place has an excellent kombucha menu, as well as tasty hummus. The server was friendly and very interesting.
