We started Highwire so we believed in the power of a good coffee company. What does it mean to us? "Good" here means a place where people have jobs and places where they work that nourish them. Where our people develop professionally and find meaning to their work. As well as their emotions matter to us. We look for what we have and partner with others who are similar to us in values. We make decisions that protect sustainability. From there, it fans out into our communities and the people we serve.
