Opened as a small tea and coffee shop in the 1990s, our facility provided tofu milk tea. Over the decades, we changed our name to Bubble Loca to reflect our expanding menu of flavored bubble milk tea.
Our bubbles are created en masse throughout the day, ensuring we're able to offer the freshest bubble tea products. We also represent ourselves as superior smoothie makers, using fresh Avocados, Watermelon, and Strawberries if they're in season. We also carry HALO HALO!, which aims to bring the flavor of the Philippines to the Richmond El Cerrito area. Come take a look!
Service was prompt. The place was clean, and near the register (if you plan to add a topping) was every kind of topping you could choose from.
